End User License Agreement – APS Billing Automation
Effective November 2, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") covers use of APS Billing Automation (the "App"), an internal software tool owned by Advanced Professional Security ("APS," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
1. Who may use the App
The App is for internal use by APS only. Only APS employees and contractors whom APS has specifically authorized may use it. The App is not sold, licensed, or offered to the public or to any outside business.
2. What the App does
The App connects to APS's own QuickBooks Online companies (Colorado and Arizona). It creates and updates APS's invoices and customer records based on billing files that APS staff review.
3. License
APS grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the App solely to perform their work for APS. You may not:
- share your access or credentials with anyone else;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the App;
- reverse engineer the App or try to get around its security; or
- use the App for any purpose other than APS business.
4. Ownership
APS owns the App, including its code, design, and all related intellectual property. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; APS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.
5. Access can be revoked
APS may suspend or end any user's access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice—for example, when a person's role changes or their work with APS ends. When access ends, you must stop using the App.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Users are responsible for reviewing billing files and results before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, APS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Data and privacy
How the App handles data is described in the APS Billing Automation Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
APS may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
