Organizational Chart For United Airlines Training Facility

The importance of functional organizational structure is to provide order and accountability to an organization. By creating specific job categories for specific tasks, the efficiency of the labor needed to accomplish the tasks increases.

Organizational Structure

 Advanced Professional Security has (3) primary business sectors that comprise our organization structure.

1). Operations

Operation Management

  • Management’s responsibility to deliver security agents that are on-time, in uniform, well-groomed, trained and supervised to the client’s posts.

  • Management’s responsibility to ensure that all posts are covered; provide individual instructions for each post; keep track of attendance and training.

  • Management’s responsibility provide quality service without passing on the cost to our clients.


  Security Agent

  • Serve as the eyes and the ears of the client.

  • Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.

  • Serve as a visual and physical deterrent to crime and partner with law enforcement in cases of emergency.

  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.

  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others to guard against theft.

  • Write reports of daily activities and incidents.


Security Agent Supervisor

Control and supervise conditions between security officers, store managers and store staff.

  • Monitors staff by patrolling with them by auto or foot.

  • Responsible for monitoring electronic surveillance equipment.

  • Teaches and enforces safety regulations at the post.

  • Performs all duties of security guard.


Performance Evaluation

Once an security agent assumes their assigned post, APS evaluates the agents performance by conducting supervisory spot checks. Supervisors also meet with security agents daily to test post order competency, clarify any new information, answer questions, resolve concerns, conduct uniform inspections, and evaluate job performance.


2). Business Development

Business development entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between organizations. It is a subset of the fields of business, commerce and organizational theory.

3). Business Support

Company Training

  • We provide on site training for our security agents to be familiar with virtually every situation they are likely to encounter on any post assignment.

  • During training, they are given study materials and tested on how they would react to circumstances based upon what they have learned.

  • Some of the materials covered in guard training are:

  • Effective evacuation plans Controlling for occupational hazards

  • Preventing violence and controlling violence

  • Controlling and directing traffic


 Safety

  • We teach the agents that it is absolutely important to be in control of their emotions in order to make accurate observations and responding appropriately in cases of emergencies.

  • We encourage them to be more proactive about preventative measures and communicate possible hazards to the client .

  • Security agents are taught adequate self defense.
